Reservations

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in time is from 2:00 PM on the arrival date.

  • Check-out time is before 12:00 PM (noon) on the departure date.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to room availability and hotel occupancy. Our front desk staff will handle these requests flexibly based on room availability at the time.

  • Early check-in after 12:00 PM: No charge (subject to room availability).

  • Late check-out before 1:00 PM: No charge (subject to room availability).

Early Check-in Surcharges: For confirmed early check-in, the following surcharges apply:

  • Check-in before 6:00 AM: 100% of the room rate for the previous night.

  • Check-in from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM: 50% of the room rate for the previous night.

  • Check-in from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (noon): 30% of the room rate for the previous night.

Late Check-out Surcharges: For guests requesting a late check-out, the following surcharges apply:

  • Check-out before 2:00 PM: 30% of the room rate for the departure day.

  • Check-out before 5:00 PM: 50% of the room rate for the departure day.

  • Check-out after 5:00 PM: 100% of the room rate for the departure day.

Cancellation & Early Departure Policy

Early Departure: The hotel will apply a 100% charge for the original booking value if a guest checks out earlier than their confirmed departure date.

Late Check-out: This is by request and is subject to availability. Please contact the Front Desk for more information. Additional fees will apply.

Guarantee Policy

  • For non-guaranteed reservations (no deposit), the hotel will hold the room until 6:00 PM (local time). After this time, the reservation will be automatically canceled if the guest does not show up.

  • Guests arriving after 6:00 PM must have a guaranteed reservation, secured by a deposit of at least 30% of the total booking value.

  • A deposit is mandatory for all weekend and high-season bookings.

Standard Rate Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to check-in: No cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made 5 to 14 days prior to check-in: 50% of the total booking fee will be charged.

  • Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to check-in: 100% of the total booking fee will be charged.

Promotional Rate Cancellation Policy

  • Reservations made at promotional rates are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

  • In case of a no-show without prior notification, the guest will be charged the full amount of the reservation. No refunds or credits will be issued.

Important Notes:

  • We reserve the right to change our terms, conditions, and policies at any time without prior notice.

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages, including changes to dates, room types, or any losses arising from force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, war, epidemics).

  • Any deposit payments are non-refundable but may be held as a credit for a future stay until December 31st of the same year.

  • All cancellation notifications must be submitted in writing via email or fax and must be confirmed in writing by the hotel.

  • Any credit or deposit held is only valid until December 31st of the same year.
