Room Change Policy

• Upgrading Your Room: If you wish to upgrade to a higher room category, a surcharge will be applied to cover the price difference between your original room and the new one. The price difference depends on the specific room types and hotel policy.

• Downgrading Your Room: If you wish to downgrade to a lower room category, a refund for the price difference may not be provided. Whether a refund is issued depends on the date of the change. Our staff will inform you of the specific policy via email or phone.

We cannot guarantee that a room will be available on your new preferred dates. For bookings that fall on Vietnamese public holidays, date changes are generally not permitted. If a change is requested, a 100% service fee may be charged.
